The Partner shall guarantee that the material shown on the Partner Website does not infringe any rights of third parties, including copyright and trademark rights, the general right of personality or any other rights, and that the Partner Website does not promote any of the following: violence, sexually explicit material or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, political content, sexual orientation, or underage commercial material or any further illegal content.
The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement is the regulatory body that oversees gaming in the state of New Jersey. Any party that would like to do business with a licensed operator must complete the vendor registration process prior to engaging in business with the operator. You will be prompted to complete this vendor registration process during the registration process for BetMGM Partners or by your account manager. If you already have a Vendor ID, you may enter this during the registration process instead of beginning the vendor registration process.
No. There are no sign-up fees or charges for joining. However, each state may charge fees for getting licensed.
We reserve the right to refuse any site that contains objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content that infringes our or other third parties' intellectual property or supports violent or discriminatory groups. Yes. Even if you do not own a website, or are not internet savvy, you can still earn revenue by promoting our brands offline. Please contact us at partners@betmgm.com to assist you further.
No. You can include all your website URLs when you register as a BetMGM Affiliate. Later, if you would like to add a new URL, you can do so by creating additional Tracker IDs and alerting your account manager (or emailing partners@betmgm.com)
Yes. We offer a choice of payment plans that will enable you to earn unlimited income by promoting the biggest, most successful online sports, poker and casinos in the industry. As partner, you will earn revenue for every qualifying player (QP) also known as a first time bettor. We offer partners two payment options to maximize your earnings:
  1. CPA Deal
    You will receive a fixed payment for each Qualified Player. A Qualified Player is a new user that signs up to one of our brands through your links, completes $10 in aggregate deposits, and places a wager of any amount. This requires a vendor license.
  2. Revenue share
    As soon as you refer a real money player to any of the brands featured in the BetMGM Partners network, you will start receiving a percentage of the revenue they generate. This requires an ancillary license.
No. Once a player has registered via one of your Tracker IDs / Bonus codes, they are linked to that specific Tracker ID/Bonus code and its associated payment option. You will not be able to switch the payment option attached to your Tracker ID/Bonus code.
We welcome applications from all affiliate(s). Your website will be scrutinized for adherence to our acceptance criteria for partners (Terms and Condition). Once your application is approved, you can start promoting our brands.
After you register, you can choose the brand(s) to promote from Account -> My Brands page. You can apply to promote any of our world leading brands: BetMGM Sports, BetMGM Casino, BetMGM Poker, Borgata Sports, Borgata Casino, Borgata Poker, PartyCasino, and partypoker. Please share any licensing information at partners@betmgm.com while applying to various states so we can expedite the approval process.

Post successful approval you can login and select banners to start promoting.
BetMGM Partners uses unique Tracker IDs to track your players. When you initially register for our program, you create your first unique Tracker ID in the Marketing Tools section. By creating the Tracker ID, you will ensure that all your referred player is automatically tracked to you. Tracker IDs allow us to generate accurate accruals for you.

You can create your trackers and select ad materials in the member's area of your BetMGM Partners account.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Login to your affiliate account
  • Select "Marketing Tools" and choose the resource type you would like to promote
  • Select campaign, product, brand, deal and currency. In case you have not created any new campaign, select the "Default" campaign name
  • Select the preferred language from the drop down box
  • Fill the details on where you are planning to promote this resource type
  • Click on "Get Code"
  • On the next page you will have the Campaign details for the asset you created. Here you will find (among other details): Tracking ID, Brand, Deal, Currency, Size, etc. as well as the Campaign Code and Download link (if applicable). On this page as well you can choose the Tag version (iframe, Javascript or Image basic)
  • Copy the download link and use it on your website.
BetMGM Partners will restrict the number of trackers you can create initially. If this limit is reached, a message will be displayed in the marketing tools section as and when you attempt to create more trackers. To increase the limit on the number of trackers, please contact your account manager or partners@betmgm.com
Real Money Players are users who have placed a wager with money and qualified as Real Money Players during this period. This may include players that have used bonus money but have not completed a deposit.

Qualified Players are users that have completed the requirements, such as depositing and wagering, to qualify for commission.
BetMGM Partners' comprehensive reporting suite offers you a reliable and effective way to find out exactly how much revenue you are generating and analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns. These reports are instantly available to view or print whenever you log in, wherever you are.

You will find all the Statistics you need to manage your account in the BetMGM Partners reports section:

  1. Dashboard: A complete overview of your data. You can view data for the last updated date, and for the previous two calendar months. You can also filter the data by Brand, Product, Channel and Currency.
  2. Statistics Report: This report you can view and group by different filters:
    1. Commission: Displays your statistics on a commission and month level. This report can be grouped by Brand or Commission plan as well as filtered by Channel (mobile or desktop).
    2. Campaign: Displays the stats on a campaign level. This report can be grouped by Campaign, Date or Month and it can be filtered by Channel.
    3. Tracker Report: This report allows you to check the activity of your trackers for a specified date range. You can group this data by date, month and tracker and you can filter it by Channel
  3. Monthly Statement: Your monthly statement allows you to look at your activity brand-wise or deal-wise. You can use these statements to find out the revenue generated by your real money players and your sub-affiliates.
Partners receive payment for the previous month's activity within 15 business days of the subsequent month. We may, in our sole discretion, impose reasonable restrictions on the frequency and amounts that can be cashed out of your Affiliate Cashier Account for administrative convenience and/or to protect the security of your account. We may, at our sole discretion, elect to withhold payment of those Affiliate Accruals in that calendar month and carry those amounts over so that the Affiliate Accruals for each of the Poker Sites become payable only in the calendar month in which the total amount of Affiliate Accruals generated for the relevant site exceeds $100.
BetMGM Partners can cash out their monthly Accrual payments through our Cashier (My profile -> Cashier -> Withdraw Funds). You can cash-out using wire transfer.
No, we do not allow partial withdrawals. You will have to withdraw your complete affiliate commission (also accumulated from previous months) amount in one go.

All payments are calculated and transferred to cashier only in USD.

When making a withdrawal, you can select / update your preferred payment method to withdraw your commissions as well as to modify / update payment your details.

You can change your account details, including your password, business and mailing address, company contacts, etc. in the Update profile / change security question within 'My Account' section. For security reasons, once you have registered, you will not be able to change the "Login name" and "Beneficiary name" from this section. If you need to make a change to this name, please contact your account manager. Please do not register again!

If you remember the answer to your secret question then please use the "Forgot Password?" link to generate a new password using your username/ registered e-mail address (or) write to us at partners@betmgm.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Each banner contains a Tracker ID that is invisible to the viewer but allows us to track how many people click on the banner. If a referred player navigates away from our site, providing that they return and register within 30 days, they will still be tracked to your Affiliate Account.
